Status change in results

Dear Gurus,

The process flow is as follows:

The analysts do the results recording using QE11 and a supervisor checks and locks the results using QE12. Before results recording, the status is 1 for the inspection characteristics.

During results recording, the status is '2' (Processed, as per SAP) and after locking, the status changes to 5 (Processing is complete).

Is there any way to track the user IDs and time stamps for the analyst who entered the results and that of the supervisor who locked it?
