How to upload Inspecton Plans in back date by ecatt

Hi Experts,

I want to upload Inspection Plan in back date ( i.e :- 01-06-2014 ) for new items by ecatt.

But to upload Header ( 10 ) when i am putting back date in ecatt file ZFINISP, system is picking present date automatically.

So when i am uploading rest operations 20,30 ,40 ( by ZQP02N ) in back date,  system is giving error Header or Inspection plan not available.

Plz suggest in simple steps how to upload same in back date.

I don't know configuration part so plz provide simple solution or settings.
