Are result recorded data may get change/delate if deletion of MIC from Quality Plan

Dear Guru,

Can we delete MIC from Quality Plan , which is already used till date  (result recording have been done/completed for last 2 years ) and now on-words we do not going to use more.

Is any effect on result recorded if we delete MIC from QP from today ? are data (result recorded- back year data) may get deleted from the table ?

I know if we add the new MIC then effect will be on new Inspection lot only.

Can any one help me on above matter.
