Stability Study Planning

HI

Before I enter old data in stability plan. But form last week i am facing problem

Example I create one notification which is starting 26.01.2014

and Planning as 3M, 6M, 9M, 12M , 18M and 24M

But when i make through IP 10 it's showing only one plan that 24M

I tried several way but not result could please help  any one how to resolve the issue.
