I've a problem with the QM-IDI interface. We try to make connection from the LIMS server to our SAP system. We every time get the error that the user name and password are not correct. we're sure that they are the same but still we get the error. After x times the user blocked, so I guess the system parameters are correct. Is there any additional setup at the SAP side required? I now only setup the QM subsystem.
