Difference between QC20 and VL71

Hello Experts,

Is there any difference between QC20 and VL71 for processing quality certificates?.

Does QC20 process output types for quality certificates only and VL71 process all output types for delivery?. If thats the case how QC20 is identifying the output types for quality certificates.
