Physical Sample Draw quantity with Inspection lot quantity

Hello Experts

I have created a inspection lot and assigned physical sampling procedure. However when I withdraw physical samples there are no restrcition on which I can draw the sample quantity. I wanted that to restricted it to inspection lot quantity.

For example: Inspection lot quantity is 100 kg, 1st physical sample is 70kg and if 2nd sample is more than 40kg system should restrict that sample quantity is exceeded with inspection lot quantity.

Please guide me how to get the above scenario implemented in the system.
