HTP Delivery type created in logistical follow-up - Advanced returns management ARM
Hello,
We are implementing ARM for customer returns.
When we perform Logistical Follow up activity “0011 – Transfer to free available stock” in a WM managed warehouse (using tx MSR_INSPWH), the system is creating HTP delivery types “Deliv.for Post.Chge” for movement type 343.
However, when we manually create a 343 movement type using tx MIGO for the same plant / Site and storage location, the system doesn’t create any delivery. Instead it creates directly the material doc (49xxxxxxx doc).
Our customer doesn’t want the HTP deliveries to be created. They would like the Follow up activity 0011 to behave as a standard 343 movement type creating the material document right away (the same way it works in t-code MIGO).
Although I am not a WM specialist, I started playing with table T321 / tx OMLR in a sandbox to see if I could figure out a way to avoid the deliveries to be created but I could not.
So I have three questions:
Q1– Is there a way to avoid HTP delivery type documents to be created and achieve what the client wants?
Q2 – Is there any customizing for HTP delivery type determination or is it hard coded?
Q3– Why is the system behaving differently when creating movement type 343 via Tx MIGO vs creation within ARM?

QA07 not create Inspection Lot
Hi,
I'm trying to create inspection lots for a material wich has several expired batches. This material has thw QM viwe created with Inspection type 09 active (Insp.with task list) and has an Inpection Plan (Usage 09).
When I run QA07 transaction, I set "Lot creation only". The system select several batches but doesn't generates any Inspection Lot and furthermore, despite the radio button "Lot creation only" is set the system transfer the batches into blocked status.
What's wrong?

Change results with Digital Signature
Hi,
Is it possible to change the result of a MIC once the result has been signed? Or it's necessary to create a new Inspection Lot if a user doesn't input a result correctly?

Catalog Long TEXT to be copied Automatically in Notification
Hello Gurus,
We have maintained TEXT (Questionare which will help assigned user / department to take up the issue further) in Catalogs (Type 02) .Now when ever we have NC is plant user selects respective catalog ( while selecting he/she can see the TEXT in catalog) but this TEXT is not copied in long TEXT of TASK.
Am I missing something in standard ?

Mass UD update after TECO of orders
Hi,
I have a situation where i have 1000s' of orders which are TECO but not UD updated. I would like to update these in mass. I tried to use QA 40 but it does not update all of it. Because am able to see few TECO orders which are not UD updated in QA32 but these are not visible/updated by QA40.
My inspection type is 03.
The only i have found as of not is to go to QA 32, select and edit the UD one by one which is not possible for 1000s' of orders.
Can you suggest a solution please ?

Reversal of Usage Decision and Stock Posting of Inspection Lot
Dear all,
Everywhere we will face a common issue of GR Reversal of Purchase Orders / Production Orders are not possible, If Quality Inspection Lot is approved and the stock posting has been made from Quality Inspection to Unrestricted Stock.
Here is the standard solution for the reversal of UD and reverse the stock posting of Inspection Lot.
1. Open the SAP Note 175842 - Inspection Lot: Reversal of goods movements from UD as below from SAP market place.
If you scroll down, there will be a correction instructions available at the bottom. There click on the correction note number 298389.
2. If you click on that correction instruction, the sub note will open. There again you scroll down, there will be object description for the object RQEVAC50.
3. The corresponding program code will open as below.
4. WIth the help of ABAPer, copy the code and create a Z Program in your system.
Note: Ask your programmer to add plant in the selection screen and also add authorization check on the plant and inspection type. This will help in controlled usage of this program, else this program may cause troubles as well 
.
5. Assign a T Code for this program and execute. The input field will be Quality Inspection Lot. Enter the Inspection Lot Number and Execute.
You will get a success message as below.
6. Inspection Lot Status after UD and Stock Posting Completion (UD ICCO SPCO)
7. Inspection Lot Status after reversal of UD and Stock posting. (UD ICCO SPRQ)
8. Stock Posting can be done again, or GR of the Purchase order can be reversed, since the material is available in Quality Stock.
9. Reversal Accounting Document Details are available here. Reference Type 7 is for reversal of Quality Stock Posting.
10. There is small configuration also needed along with this.
That is Go to OMJJ Transaction for 322 Movement Type and go to allowed transactions and add new entry for T Code QA11 as below.

Stock in Quality for Skip lots
Hello..
DMR is assigned at the inspection plan level,and the necessary DMR has been maintained.Skip inspection lots are created as desired but the stock is moving to Quality we need the stock to be moved to unrestricted.Control insLot for the inspection type is at the 'Material Document Item' level.
Request your help please.

Manual Quality Level creation
Hello Guys,
We have a question on Quality Level for the DMR “At Char level” assigned to the Insp plan.
We are working on the Legal entity separation, hence we need to clone the Inspection Next stage change thro’ Manual Quality level creation from Old plant to New Plant code instead an Automatic Quality level creation “SKIP” as default .But the System is not allowing to create the Manual Quality Level (QDL1), since the DMR set up at Char. Level. It throws an error message as “You can only create Q levels for plans with dynamic modification by lot - Message no. QD623”.
Can you throw some light to create the Manual Quality Level in QDL1.

MFPR Inspection lot
I have done all the relevant settings for REM in-process inspection.Generate the inspection lot manually through MFPR and also record the result recording for the inspection lot.
I just wanted to know what happen next to this inspection lot.I want that this inspection lot gets disappear from MFPR screen so that I can create another in-process inspection lot for the same versions. But if I try to create inspection lot system given me message "
"New Lot for Rep. Manufacturing" is not allowed (INL 130000000003 )" I am trying to record the 2nd result for the same inspection lot but its show 1st result record in grey out field.
So kindly explain the next process after result recording.In my scenario quality is inspected for every 4 hrs intervals.I would also like to know what is difference between Free inspection points generated lots and MFPR generated lots.

Change the inspection stock of material XXXXX in QM only
Hi,
In MMBE, a material showing Stock in "Quality Inspection" from last fiscal year. We have to change material from Quality Inspection to Unrestricted Stock.
We are trying to do Transfer Posting through MB1B with 321 movement type....but system showing an error message "Change the inspection stock of material XXXXX in QM only".
Please guide, how to move the stock into Unrestricted Stock.

Material stuck in quality inspection stock
Hi everyone.
I have QM module defined so that no inspection posts into quality inspection stock. However, during configuration, for the one plant InspTypeForInspStock was the original 0800 (which posts to quality inspection) instead of a newly created Z0800, which doesnt post to quality inspection. Inspection type 0800 is not set to this material (nor to any other).
During a procedure in production, reversal of scrap, movement type 552 triggered moving the quantity for this material into quality inspection stock. No inspection lot was created. How can I move this from quality inspection stock to unrestricted stock, where it should be?
What I have tried is following:
- running QA08, mass processing, and adding Inspection Type 0800 to the material which was incorrectly posted; the system recognizes the material, but does not create any inspection lot (I have createdmaintained inspection plan for this material for both origins 9 and 5)
- transaction MB1B with movement type 321 gives the error that this movement should be done via QA11
- QA11 nor QA32 do not display any inspection lot for the stated material (without any other filter, dates wide open)
- MB52 shows the quantity on the quality inspection stock
- In table MCHB there is one item with the stated quantity for the material and its shown that it is in the inspection stock
What should I do to move this material from the quality inspection to the unrestricted stock?

Inspection Lot Status PAOR (Insp. completion w/o confirm.)

We have assigned 04 type Inspection for a material with the fields Insp with Task List , Automatic Assignment, and Check Chars unticked in QM view material master. Hence only usage decision is required for such inspection lots, no need to do Result recording.
The material is batch managed and confirmed through CO11/CO11N.
Inspection lot is generated with status as REL CALC SPRQ PAOR.
My query is how to avoid the inspection lot status PAOR.
Please note that the above inspection lot status is only coming in case of material without any Inspection plan or material where no inspection result recording is required.
I am facing the following Issue while Doing Usage Decision :
Because the inspection lots with status PAOR is creating problem while doing UD through BAPI_INSPLOT_SETUSAGEDECISION. We have developed a tool by using the above BAPI to carry out mass usage decision. But only in case of such lots with the status REL CALC SPRQ PAOR system is throwing error message:
Operation QM20 not available for this lot.
But usage decision for such lots can be done through QA32/QA16 .No issue comes in QA16 or QA32.
So please let us know is there any way to avoid the inspection lot status PAOR.

Inspection lot not to be created for Intercompany STO
Hi Experts,
I have read through several SCN links to find out the settings required to stop the inspection lot generation during Delivery document (OBD) creation and goods receipt against of Inter company STO. Unfortunately I could not find the confirmed solution.
In case of Inspection lot not to be created during delivery (OBD) creation against of Purcahse Order, using Create Control Data in SD(i.e. Transaction QV51- Quality Info record in SD), we have chosen the setting "No inspection against of Delivery category in Customer specification tab for the required Customer, Sales Organization and Material combination and found to be working fine(i.e Inspection lots are not generated for that Customer)
In case of Inspection Lot not to be created during Goods Receipt against of OBD (inter company), We have tried maintaining the settings in Quality Info record (transaction code: QI01) "no inspection" in Inspection control Tab.Unfortunately when I make the GR, Inspection lot still getting generated.
We have tried with QM Procurement active Indicator and and assigning QM control key in material master QM view, but still not able to stop creating inspection lot.
Is there any other settings required to maintain to stop the Inspection lot generation for particular Vendor in case Inter company STO.
