I am using LSMW to upload Functional location Task lists Header & Operations in T-code IA12, for this i am using the Standard program IBIP (Object -> 480).
All required fields are in the standard structures apart from Operation QM Data, Recording view -> ERFSICHT & Inspection point Completion -> QPPKTABS (see attached screen shot).
Should i upload these 2 fields in different way ?

We have client requirement wherein the sample needs to be updated or added for an operation in the tasklist of Inspection Plan
which is allocated to only for an particular or specified inspection lot.
Please let me know how to process or add the sample so that this change should refelect to other inspection lot and inspection Plan .
Inspection lot origin:08(stock transfer).

If I want to cansel PO for movement type 655 after UD I have to reverse UD with movement type 656 but SAP don't give me that option. I have tray wit transaction MB1A, MBST, VL09 ...

I have the same material, 2 different vendors, QI info rec set up for each vendor, and calling for incoming inspection.
1 is set up for incoming inspection under our typical sampling plan / typical inspection characteristic.
I want to set up a new plan for the new vendor under more stringent sampling plan and a different characteristic.
I have created a different sampling procedure with tightened inspection for the second one with different lot sizes and sample sizes than the other sample procedure.
I have added a second operation or group counter on the existing inspection plan. The issue is ....When an inspection lot is created for this material, the system doesn't link any of the inspection plans to the inspection lot. I have to do that manually and select one of the inspection plan operations.
Is there a way for the system to pick one of the inspection plan operations automatically? Can it do it based on inspection lot size?
Any comments or feedback on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
We would like to be able to notify our Supplier Quality Engineers via workflow in cases of engineering changes to materials, similar to what we do for assigned Purchasing Group (buyer). I can certainly create a role which includes all SQEs and email them of all changes, but they would prefer to be individually assigned to each material, based on their sphere of responsibility.
Can anyone suggest a field in the material master or quality info record which might be used to assign a code for each inspector?

As per the client, two new fields(ie., Rejection and Rework) is to be added for making UD in QA32 t.code. The reason is my client wants the two new fields for tracking of material status and quantity as per the business requirement. Also he wants custom specific mvmt types assigned to the two new fields. The reason is client wants to track things separately.
Can anyone tell me how to add two new fields and create custom specific mvmt type and assign that mvmt type to the two new fields. I am uable to find a suitable solution for their requirement.

We are having huge performance issue when we issue Certificate of analysis output. We can turn off the Stock transfer flag on the certificate profile (QC02 -> Materials -> Stock transfer flag QCVK-WITHTRANSF) and it will pretty much improve the performance dramatically (BWUL skips the transfer orders).
Users are not comfortable about turning off this flag and I wanted to find out if there is any downside to turning off this flag on certificate profiles? What would be the scenario in which this information will be required for printing COA?

When i release production order system creates one inspection lot and for same production order system creates other inspection lot at goods receipt.
Both lots for inspection type 04.
Material is seralised.
How to have one inspection lot in early inspection lot.?

we use this function QIRF_SEND_INSP_DATA_FOR_WL2 to download data from sap to external system. And it seems to works fine, output table are filled, but we don't see table qiwl update status and also status from inspection lot doesn't change, in this case, i think that i will see how change status from MSUB to SUB, but i don't anythin.

Hello Experts,
I've read many of the posts herein regarding material stuck in QI. I've used many of the resolutions detailed in the past successfully.
I now have a scenario I've never seen...
Material is in QI, but there's no material doc recorded to show how it was put there initially, there're no open inspection lots, no UD waiting to be made....
Do you have any basic resolutions to get this material out of QI?? As mentioned there are a lot of resolutions detailed here in the forum. So... is there a basic first approach one would use to troubleshoot then move this material out of QI???

I have to import some table view from C202 into QA33. I need to have column „Description“ „PLPOD-LTXA1“ from „Program SAPLCPDI“ „Control TCTRL_4401“ and column„Short text insp.char“ „Fld name“ „PLMKB-KURZTEXT“ from „Program SAPLQPAA“ „Control TC_PLMK“ that are in transaction C202 from tabular Configuration view into transaction QA33 in „Program SAPMQEVA“ „Control MERKMALE“ , that presents tabular Configuration view.
In C202 I have create operations with more inspection characteristic for each. Now, I need to see column text for that operation and inspection characteristics in QA33 Display Usage Decision: Characteristics Overview in tab Inspection points. In tabular view now I have only column Identification what is not enough for analysis results view because I have more than one inspection characteristics in one operation.
Now, question is how to import that object from another to other table/transaction?!
Hi Experts,
I want to display,results for RAW material along with FG material in Quality certificate for a delivery.
But I can not see the link between These materials in MB56.
I am not aware of this process.
Can anybody please explain this process as well as the activities to be performed to link the RAW & FG materials and display the results for both materials in one certificate.( Both materials are batch managed and cert.profile is created with data origin as inspection/batch production chain.)

Currently, when looking at an inspection plan, (QP02), when viewing the operation overview screen, the screen displays abotu 50 fields. The last two of these fields are titled "User field 20" and "User Field 20". One refers to the filed PLPOD-USR00 and the the other to PLPOD-USR01.
I would like to add another user field into this list. PLPOD-USR02. When I look at the list variant howver, I don't see a way to add this field. I can only work with the fields already provided.
Does any one know how I can add fields to this list screen?

Dear Experts,
I have activated the inspection type 01 and 0101 in material.
1. PO is created, thru QI07 inspection lot is created for 0101 and can be see in QA32. but nooo result recording & UD done.
2. After MIGO-GRN, another inspection lot is created for 01 Inspection type. For this Inspection lot, result recording and usage decision done
My question, why system is allowing to do Result recording &UD for Inspection type 01, as Inspection lot for 0101 is still pending, which is created before GRN. how to restrict that.

Dear SAP' ians,
I want to create inspection methods through SAP , The requirements are as follows :
1. Inspection method should have a system generated number (Please brief the config, settings)
2. I want to attached Word or pdf document to it in such a way that user can view but one should not take the print or copy it as per our company DBMS policy.
3. I want to attach all these created inspection methods to various MICs which are already created. Please guide me how it can be done? through any standard transition or any ABAP help is required ?

Recurring Inspection lot generated by the system automatically, Now i am unable to move stock from quality stock to unrestricted stock, because due to manual change in Inspection-Lot (User has manually changed actual Inspection quality xxx to 0 and did UD.). Now stock is lying in the quality.
Please suggest me now how to handle this issue.

We have following scenario in instrument calibration,
5 instruments - calibration start date is Jan month – yearly once.
5 instruments - calibration start date is Feb month – yearly once.
5 instruments - calibration start date is Mar month – yearly once.etc
At present I am doing that, single cycle plan for each group of instruments with the same startup date. Instead of creating 12 separate maint plan. Is it possible to incorporate all in single maint plan with different start date? Is there any efficient way to reduce number of maintenance plan?
