Error in inspection lot quantity due to material document cancellation

Hi Gurus,

 

This is the situation:

1) GR against process order

2) Automatic Inspection Lot generation due to material config. 1 per batch. Origin 04. Stock in quality.

3) MBST of GR in step 1 (wrong process order)

4) GR against another process order (this time the correct one). No IL generated.

5) Stock error while giving Usage Decision (QA11) to IL.

6) By displaying material movements in the IL (QA03), it also shows the cancelled one.

 

I can't cancel the origin 04 IL.

 

How can I cleanly revert this so that IL has the correct material movement assigned?

Quality Info Record

Dear All,

 

I have an issue in Quality Info Record function. I have 3 vendors for the same material, 3 QIR were created for these.

 

- The first one, release until next year.

- The second one, release util date was exceed (on 3 days ago).

- The 3rd one, release until next year, but release quantity is exceed.

 

Default control key 0007 is set for the relevant material

 

Message mode = Warning is set for control key 0007 in SPRO

 

Block Procurement Order is set for all 3 QIR.

 

When I am attempting to create POs for vendor 2 and vendor 3, PO is created successfully with a warning message. (my expectation is PO block)

 

Then I try to reset Message mode of control key 0007 to Error in SPRO.

 

After that, I can't create PO for all 3 vendor. Error message "Procurement of material block for quality reason) (My expectation is PO can be created successfully for vendor 1 as this vendor's release date has not yet been exceed).

Can anyone help me with this?

No Inspection Lot

Dear Guru's,

 

I have created one inspection type Z01 for GR for Purchase Order and assigned the same to Material Master Quality View.All Config related to inspection type has been done.I have created one Purchase Order for the Material and while doing the GR i found that Stock Type in Where Tab in MIGO is showing Unrestricted Use instead of Quality Inspection and when i changed it to Quality Inspection trying to Post the MIGO system is showing Error "Change the inspection stock of Material XXXXX in QM only.

 

Kindly guide me how to resolve the issue so that i will get Stock Type in MIGO Quality Inspection.

Inspection characteristics with error and warning limits

Dear all,

 

Is it possible to create two limits in one characteristic, a warning and an error limit. I've the following example. I've a MIC which has limits 0 - 1000 (error limits). When it's out of these limits the MIC must be rejected. I'd like to have a warning limit as well, for example 0 - 750. When the value is between 750 and 1000 the MIC must be accepted, but some other MIC's must be switched from optional to required.

 

An alternative for question 1 is to make a second (calculated) characteristic which copies the result from the first MIC, but than with another tolerance limit. /than you'd get the following inspection plan:

 

0010 MIC 1 0 - 1000

0020 MIC 2 0 - 750

 

But I prefer to use only one MIC with two tolerance limits.

 

So i basically have two questions:

1. Is it possible to define multiple specification (warning and error) for one characteristics?

2. Is there an enhancement point in which I can change the status of a MIC from optional to required when a previous characteristics is out of spec?

QM notification using email without the need of ?

Hello all,

 

I have a question about QM quality notification.

All of a while I know if email is require, a workflow setup is required.

However, it seems there a way to sending email with quality notification WITHOUT using workflow (please see below screen shot).

 

1 - Is it true sending email without using workflow is possible in QM notification base on following shot?

2 - I am wondering how is the following setup into the system?

Physical Sample

Dear experts,

 

Currently, I need to assign an existing physical sample to an inspection lot (09) with inspection point. But I got the following error message:

 

SAP Physical sample xxx does not belong to current inspection lot yyy Message no. QT012.

Are result recorded data may get change/delate if deletion of MIC from Quality Plan

Dear Guru,

 

Can we delete MIC from Quality Plan , which is already used till date  (result recording have been done/completed for last 2 years ) and now on-words we do not going to use more.

 

Is any effect on result recorded if we delete MIC from QP from today ? are data (result recorded- back year data) may get deleted from the table ?

 

I know if we add the new MIC then effect will be on new Inspection lot only.

 

Can any one help me on above matter.

QM02/QM03 Screen enhancement

Hi Experts,

 

I have got one requirement in which I will need some help.

 

 

In transaction QM02/QM03 for for a particular notification type, we will have to show a couple of Z fileds(which are already there in QMEL) in the tab Master Data in section Reference Object. We will also have to write code to popultae it and also update iy when its from QM02.

 

I checked the tech details -

Program (screen)     SAPLIQS0

Screen number        7200

Program (subscreen)  SAPMQM00

Screen number        3020

Program (GUI)        SAPLQM00

GUI status           IV5000

 

Can anyone help me out by giving relevant exit/BADI available to achieve this..?

MIC Record Measure Values

Hi,

 

I am looking for the table or way out to fetch data of all the MIC's in the inspection plan of materials against which no tick is maintained for Record Measure Values. I am unable to find a suitable solution till now. Can any one enlighten or help me how to get the desired data.

error message Q-Info record missing for supplier when trying to release production order

hello all

I am relatively inexperienced in QM so I am asking for your help.

when releasing a production order, we get a message stating that a quality info record is not available for this supplier.

the quality inforecord does exist tho.

the material has the quality view active and inspection setup is active as well.

the purchasing inforecord for this combination of material/vendor/plant does not exist.

what are we missing?

Unable to open Attached Files (QM0*) WebUI

While using Web GUI, we are not able to open attached files to a Quality Notification.

User accidentally posted to scrap

user accidentally posted a product 1,000 carton to scrap. Is there any t-codes to move it back to Unrestricted use?

I have try to use return delivery in MIGO doesn't work.

Mutiple specification : FM to get customer or country specific characteristics results from CWBQM

Hi All,

 

I am trying to get record from CWBQM transaction code where user record results for multiple specification (country/customer etc) for material.

 

My requirements is to get only those characteristics record (for specification) which have been recorded using CWBQM  transaction code.

 

Currently i have inspection lot for which certificate profile (material + customer combination) has been maintained and i am getting all characteristics from QCVM table.

 

I already validate the tables QAMVRMS and  QCVM table but did not get any results.

 

Could anyone suggest  BAPI or FM or class object or table to get specification specific(customer/country etc) characteristcis results only.

Status Change in Status Profile QM_P_001

Hi

 

I have used status profile QM_P_001 in Quality info record.  It woks fine as i expected. But i have some query related to this profile provided by SAP.

 

1. Only Object type Q-info is included here and none of status don't have any Business Transaction, then how the status of Quality info record updated on the UD of the inspection lot.

 

2. What should i have to to in the system to get the status of 0005 and 0006 as per the  attached screen shot.

QA11 stock postings to reserve VMENGE05 - message M7042

Witam,

 

Configuration:

1. SPRO->Quality Management->Basic Settings->Maintain Settings at Plant Level

On tab "InsLot completation" default storage location fro reserves = X

 

2. SPRO->Quality Management->Quality Inspection->Inspection Lot Completion->Define Inventory Postings

ForVMENGE05 (To reserve samples) movement 350 is assigned.

 

Step to reproduce:

QA11->Inventory postings - quantity for reserves = 1 and storage loc = X (from configuration 1)

After save I get message M7042 "Batch & does not exist".

 

In this storage loc X (destination sloc), batch doesn't exist, because I just want to move from source sloc material to sloc x using mov 350.

I want in QA11 change storage location and post to blocked in same time. 350 move is used for this purpose.

 

Mov 350 in OMJJ has shkzg = S, I don't know why in debbug I have m-shkzg = h

It looks that systme want to take from sloc X not to post there.

 

What I have to check to move reserves in QA11 from QM to BLOCKED with change storage location.???

 

....on systeme with EHP5 everything is ok, I have compared OMJJ for mov 350 in both systems, and everything is this same.

 

 

Message occurs in this place:

program SAPFM07M-> include FM07MFM0

block

Post to Sample Usage during UD- wrong posting

Hi,

 

When I try to perform stock posting to Sample Usage(MVT331) for 04 Inspection Type via Tcode QA11, the costs are charged as part of the production order and not the cost center which is specified in the Plant setting. Our requirement is to ensure that this is absorbed into the QA cost center.

 

I tried to change the MVT to 201 but am still getting the same result.

 

Would appreciate if you could share how you would handle such case. Thank you.

Control point assigned in task list does not seek the sample process information with control point via matchcode in the operation plan.

In the control plan header, task list was awarded the PLKOD-SLWBEZ field the control point (100 point-free control), QP01 transaction and the sample process was created with the free control point QDWV-KZPKTPP in QDV1 transaction and next procedure is to insert the example process in the synthesis of the operating characteristics. But when you click on PLMKB-STICHPRVER field matchcode operation not seek the table PLMKB date. The error is not to bring information processes that are with the flag in QDWV-KZPKTPP

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please, someone had the same problem and can help me.

Long Term inspection with DMR rule

Hello,

 

Currently I'm working on implementing DMR rule at char level. Now my issue is DMR rule for char with Long term inspection.

 

We have few chara which are set for long term inspection, so business do result recording after UD. Now issue is business wants DMR rule to set for char which are set as long term char.

 

So in this scenario I'm doing UD first and Result recording later, but system is not updating quality level when we do result recording after UD.

 

Normally system update quality level when you do at UD, but our business wants if chara is long term with DMR then system should update quality level to SKIP/ inspection even we do result recording after UD.

 

Has anyone of you have faced this issue? How to tackle this?

Few Charecteristics missing in the print of COA

Hi Friends,

 

I am facing one issue, where QM COA is not getting two of characteristics(MICs) out of 8 from the Inspection Plan of Material for which one of Inspection Lot is having issue,

 

I have checked

 

1. All characteristics from Inspection plan are assigned to certificate profile and Material assigned to Profile.

2. All characteristics are results recorded and status 5 Closed.

 

Please let me know any other settings need to be checked.
