Stability process is possible in standard sap

Dear SAP,

I have a scenario in our organisation for stability study.
We have 3 type of stability 1)Long Term stability 2)Intermediate stability
3)Accelerated stability.

     Once the product get ready we start doing the stability study for that product.
Initially we do the test of Accelerated stability in which product get tested
for 1 month,2 month, 3 month, and so on .Simultaneously we start test for intermediate & long
term on same day. Only difference is that for first month lot get created
for accelerated in second month lot get generated for Accelerated &
Intermediate (means 2 Log will get generated) in third  month 3 lot get
generated for (Long Term stability 2)Intermediate stability 3)Accelerated stability).same
way the process will cont for 3yrs tll complete stability is done.

                Our requirement is that under one notification number should be able to capture
all inspection lots, with different identification for lot which created for
all three processes as shown in below table. So is it possible in standard SAP QM Stability? Have a
look ob below example which i explain in above process.

For below process the Notification Number will be common.so
that whole date for a single sample trace in one Notification no.

So is it possible in standard process.
