I want to use workflow, Whenever there is a defect in the product the Quality notification and email should be triggered to the respective person or department and follow up has to be done. Notification tasks completed step by step also needs email triggering to the responsible person and department
I have gone through the simple workflow procedure over internet but cannot find the solution for my scenario. Please help with some documents or pdf's
