How to Set Inspection lot Qty 0

Hi,

 

I have one material which have Inspection Type 01 activated for the Inspection lot generate at GR Time.

 

we have done the GR for the Material and Batch combination and Inspection lot generate with qty 6240 Pcs on dated 04.02.2016 and Same day we have done 102 movement for this material and batch item.

 

Also i had checked in quality client, Normally for the GR Inspection lot, when we done 102 movement same time inspection lot is status changed from REL to LTCA But in this case Lot is available Open with REL status after 102 movement.

 

i had checked stock is not available in MMBE for this material and batch combination but inspection lot  showing open with Qty 6240 qty.

 

Inspection lot Showing in MD04 with Material & plant input with 6240 Pces qty and same issue facing.

 

Also, we are not able to cancel the inspection lot with QA02   function ---> cancel lot because it was in gray mode.

 

Also QM02 Special changes ---> Correct the actual qty from 6240 to 0 Pcsqty but error message "LO Stock in quality control doesn’t reached in 6240 PEç" 

 

we go to transaction MD04 is visible the quantity of 6240 PEÇ and the purchases area doesn’t buy this material because is visible the quantity in stock. What kind of procedure can we perform so that this stock appears in quantity 0 in MD04?

QM gurus,

 

I am bringing interesting scenario, let me explain my inspection plans has been created on 01/03/2016 and Material revision  valid from 01/03/2015. while doing  MIGO lot has been created in CRTD status and plan not assigning to lot automatic or if try assign manual also. if I try without revision goods receipt inspection plan determining automatic ... let me know any settings is required for automatic determination of inspection plan.

Dim material document column from QA32 inspection lot screen

Dear Guru,

 

Would like to get your expertise comment on how we can dim Material Document column at QA32 /QA33 inspection lot screen for certain plant?

As the requirement for certain plant is , QA is not allowed to see the thing inside the material document.

Is there any IMG config or variant can be applied to this request?

Inspection Lot with Material Specification

Hi,

 

I'm new in QM.

I'm testing different quality planning methods and now I'm trying to do a process with material specification.

The issue is that when I do the GR for a raw material, the system creates an inspection lot as expected. But the problem is that I cannot record the results (QE51N) neither de UD. The system error informs of an status problem.

When I display the inspection lot I noticed that has the CRTD status (created) instead REL status(Released).

QM 350 mvt there is no batch stock shown in mmbe&mb52

Dear Friends,

 

In 350 mvt blocked stock created without batch qty at the same check in mb5b the 350 mvt moved with batch only. But I am could not able to see in mb52 &mmbe with batch no.

 

Due to this am unable to do 343 mvt from blocked to unrestr stock (Error getting in mb1n with 343 mvt deficit stock).

  Please find the screen shot and suggest me how to solve the issue.

Quality agreement Not released

Hi,

 

I've created a Quality agreement for a vendor and it's not released (Locked). Despite this, the system allows me to do a GR for this material/vendor.

How can I do to lock any GR untill this quality agreement be released?

MMBE report details stores in which table

Hi Friends,

 

I would like to know the tables where all the details of MMBE report stored, however i find two relavent tables MARD & MCHB but i did not find the Batch filed in the MARD selection table, and in MCHB table i am not find the relevant unrestricted stock.

 

could you please tell me how to get the unrestricted, Quality , blocked stock  by giving Material, Plant, Batch in the selection screen of which table.

Inspection Plan ALE Error

Hi Everyone,

 

 

I am trying to use ALE to transfer inspection plans to other clients.

 

 

I can use program RQ_PLAN_CREATE_SAMPLE_FILE to generate the IDOC. But as I cannot enter a logical system when using this program, the partner number remains empty in the IDOC and now the IDOC gets a red traffic light.

 

 

With WE20, we have setup partner type LS (Logical System) containing the target system as partner, and included in the outbound parameters the message type INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE.

 

 

Also, in customizing, the distribution model to the target system is created and it includes the BAPI "InspectionPlan.Create". So that should be OK.

 

 

Hope somebody can help me.

 

Error Message is Entry in outbound table not found

 

 

In we19, the Receiver Port and Partner No. was not automatically assigned by the system. By the way, the IDOC creation program is RQ_PLAN_CREATE_SAMPLE_FILE.

Change history inspection result

I've a question about the change history of an inspection result. The result is recorded in two steps. A first person enters the result. And the second person closed the result. When closing the result I don't see anything on the change history. It looks liks this only applies to changes made to the actual result. Is it possible to see who entered the result and who validated the result?

Stock shows in Quality Stock after Usage Decission

We have given the usage decision to an inspection lot and the stock has been moved from Quality stock to Unrestricted stock in the Inspection Lot and have saved the Inspection lot. But the stock in MMBE or MB52 shows stock still in Quality Inspection. The status of the Inspection lot is "UD   ICCO SPCO CROK STUP".

What might be the problem and how to resolve this. Expert suggestions required

QA32: Inspection Lot tab missing

When we are processing Tcode QA32, Inspection Lot tab is missing. (see below screenshot)

Note: We are working on PO with Account Assignment Category is 'A'.

 

Is there any configuration issue?

QM notification attachments

Dear Experts,

 

I'm using QM notification, We use GOS for attaching documents. I use to attach in the first row Quality notification(see the belo image). The problem is; sometimes, colleagues attach the file in their respective tasks using GOS. I would like to see all the attachments that are in a complaints, irrespective of the task in which the attachment is attached.

Mass update Materials for quality management

Dear QM experts,

 

I've configured the QM module in the way, that two inspection types will be used. I've also created the Master Inspection Characteristic, Code Groups or Selected Sets and all other relevant stuff... I also have created few inspection plans for both inspection types I'm using and it works so far well.

 

My question: the inspection plans I've created are assigned to the 2 materials and now I'd like to make the rest of materials in the system QM-relevant....is there any fast way for some kind of mass update to copy the qm-settings from one material to another? Because I have over 1000 articles in the system and It'd take just too much time to configure all of them manually...

Lot Released with no specs.

New issue I'm having.

 

We created a user status.

STATUS1:  Forbids Lot Release :  "Forbidden" and "No Action" set, Initial status

STATUS2:  Has lot release as an item with "Allowed" and "No Action" Set

 

Lot is created: user status is added to lot as configured.

No inspection plan is found but is required so lot is in CRTD status.

User changes user status to STATUS2.  (Which should just allow the Release status)

When user status is changed, lot changes to "REL" system status with no plan assigned and no sample calculated.

 

Lot is not allowed to be reset due to REL status.. I have not found a way to recover the lot.

I don't understand why the user status is setting the REL status.  It should only allow the REL status, not set it.  The system normally requires an inspection plan and sample calculation before releasing an inspeciton lot.  Why would it allow the user status to override that, especially when the user status is set to "No Action" and to only allow the REL status?

 

Has anyone seen this?

Interface QM-IDI for entry resylts by subsystems

we are deploying LIMS in my company, we are using the QM-ID interface, do not knew for what reason 2 of the 30 features of my lots are not uploading the results to SAP QM.

 

All other features make upload normally except for this two.

 

Can someone helpe me?

SAP ERP QM integration with PP and WM

Dear experts,

 

I would like to ask for your help if you can share your experiences rd ideas about the following case.

 

There is a process of manufacturing (PP discrete manufacturing controls by production orders), goods receipt is required for each pallet of products, there is a QM and quality inspection process of GR for production order and GR from production is realized into the Warehouse (WM).

Is it possible (somehow) to not generate inspection lots for each received pallets but only one inspection lot for all quantity and release the quantity by usage decision for all received pallets? As far as I remember there is a possibility to create inspection lot during the production order releasing (before start of production) but what about the quantity of inspection lot? (target production order quantity?)

 

Hope I´ve described the process clearly.

 

What is your opinion how to tackle this kind of process and requirement?

CWBQM mass change of control indicators on a MIC

I am trying to mass change the "Recording Type" control indicator and I can't seem to get it to work. I highlight all, indent that column and go to mass change and it gives me selection option in which I cannot find Recording Type listed.

 

I was able to change Inspection Scope no problem so not sure what the issue is?
